Return and Refund Policy

Every artwork from Emunah Custom Art is made to order and printed individually for you. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preferences. Please review your free digital preview and your size and material selection carefully before approving your order.

Our Quality Promise

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the preview you approved, we will make it right. Email emunahcustomart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once confirmed, we will reprint and reship your piece at no cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Cancellations

Orders for ready-made collection pieces may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before printing begins. Custom commissions may be cancelled free of charge at any time before you approve the digital preview. Once a preview is approved and printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
