Shipping Policy
Every Emunah Custom Art piece is made to order in our Los Angeles studio. Because each artwork is printed individually, please allow for production time before your order ships.
Production Time
Ready-made designs from our collections are printed and prepared within 5-10 business days. Custom commissions begin production only after you approve your free digital preview; production then takes approximately 7-14 business days depending on size and material.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Free shipping on all orders over $500 within the United States.
- United States: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Canada and international: 7-21 business days after dispatch. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Shipping costs for orders under $500 are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Large-format and oversized pieces may require freight shipping; we will contact you with options before dispatch.
Local Pickup and Installation
Clients in the Los Angeles area may arrange local pickup from our Sherman Oaks studio at no charge. We also offer on-site installation and direct-to-wall UV printing for homes, synagogues, and institutions throughout Los Angeles County. Contact us for a quote.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 10 business days of placing your order, please email emunahcustomart@gmail.com.
Damaged in Transit
Every piece is professionally packed to protect it in transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the piece at no cost to you.
