Ordering & Custom Work

How does the free digital preview work?

Tell us what you have in mind: a rabbi, a view of Jerusalem, a pasuk, a family photo, anything. We design the artwork and email you a digital mockup, often shown on a wall so you can judge the scale. You pay nothing until you approve it, and you can request revisions until it is right. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.

Can you turn my own photo into artwork?

Yes. Many of our rabbinical portraits begin with an old photograph. We restore, enhance and re-imagine it as a painting-style portrait, then print it on the surface you choose. Send your photo through the Custom Design page.

Can I add Hebrew text, a name or a dedication?

Absolutely. We regularly add pesukim, a family name, a dedication for a bar mitzvah or wedding, or a synagogue inscription. We ask you to confirm every Hebrew letter in the preview before we print, so the spelling is exactly right.

How long does a custom piece take?

Design and preview: usually 2 to 4 days. Printing after approval: 7 to 14 business days depending on size and material. Ready-made collection pieces ship in 5 to 10 business days. Rush orders are available for time-sensitive dates; contact us for expedited timelines.

Do you work with synagogues, schools and Chabad houses?

Yes, and we offer special pricing on bulk orders and large wall installations. Our UV printer can print directly onto a wall in your shul, classroom or lobby, turning a plain hallway into an immersive sacred space. Contact us for a quote.

Materials & Sizes

What surfaces do you print on?

Canvas (classic gallery look), aluminum (modern, ultra-sharp, waterproof), glass (luminous, high-end), wood, natural stone, leather parchment, and direct-to-wall UV printing. See our Materials Guide for a side-by-side comparison.

What sizes are available?

Standard sizes run from 12 x 16 inches up to 40 x 60 inches, with 60 x 90 inches and full wall murals available on request. If you send us a photo of the wall, we will recommend the size that fits it.

Will the colors look like they do on my screen?

Very close. We print with UV-cured pigment inks that are rich, scratch-resistant and fade-resistant. Screens vary, so small differences are normal; glossy surfaces like glass and aluminum tend to look more vivid than canvas.

Does the artwork come ready to hang? Do you offer framing?

Yes. Canvas arrives stretched on a wooden frame, aluminum and glass come with hidden float mounts, and every piece includes hanging hardware. Premium framing is available, from classic gold frames for rabbi portraits to slim modern frames for contemporary pieces.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

Worldwide, from our studio in Los Angeles. US shipping is free on orders over $500; other rates are shown at checkout. We ship regularly to New York, Miami, Israel, Canada, the UK and Europe. International buyers are responsible for any import duties.

Can I pick up in Los Angeles?

Yes. Local pickup from our Sherman Oaks studio is free, and we offer delivery and installation throughout Los Angeles County.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Photograph the box and the damage and email us within 7 days. We reprint and reship at no cost to you. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I return a custom piece?

Because every piece is made to order for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. That is exactly why we insist on a free preview before printing, so there are no surprises.

About Our Art

Is the artwork AI-generated?

Our studio uses AI tools as part of the design process, the way a painter uses sketches, which lets us create scenes that have never been photographed, such as a beloved rabbi at the Kotel. Every piece is then refined by hand, checked for accuracy (especially Hebrew text and the likeness of rabbis), and printed in our Los Angeles studio on premium materials. The result is a unique artwork you will not find anywhere else.

Are the rabbi portraits accurate?

We work from authentic photographs and take great care with the likeness, dress and details of each gadol. If a portrait is of a rabbi you knew personally, we welcome your feedback during the preview stage.

Do you make gifts for bar mitzvahs, weddings and new homes?

Constantly. A personalized piece with the family name or a pasuk is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give. Read our Judaica gift guide for ideas.
