Welcome to Emunah Custom Art (emunahart.com). By placing an order or using this website you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Made-to-Order Artwork

All artwork sold on this site is printed to order. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the printed result depending on your monitor and the material you select (canvas, aluminum, glass, wood, or wall). Minor variations are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Custom Commissions

For custom pieces, we provide a free digital preview before any printing. By approving the preview you confirm that the design, text, spelling (including Hebrew text), size, and material are correct. We are not responsible for errors in content that you approved. You confirm that you have the right to use any images, photos, or reference material you send us.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Emunah Custom Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it personally; it does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your card details.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emunah Custom Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
