Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Beeri, known throughout the Jewish world as the Yanuka (the Young One), is one of the most remarkable Torah figures of our generation. Born in 1981 in Bnei Brak, Israel, he is the son of the revered Kabbalist Rabbi Eliyahu Beeri. From his earliest years, Rabbi Beeri displayed an extraordinary grasp of Kabbalah, Torah, and Halacha that left elder scholars in awe.
Despite his youth, the Yanuka attracts tens of thousands of followers from across the Jewish world — Ashkenazim, Sephardim, secular and religious alike. His weekly Melave Malka gatherings in Bnei Brak draw massive crowds seeking his blessing, guidance, and spiritual connection. His teachings blend deep Kabbalistic wisdom with warmth, humor, and an approachable spirit that makes Torah come alive for all who hear him.
The Yanuka is known for his supernatural sensitivity — his ability to perceive what others cannot, to offer blessings that touch the impossible, and to inspire transformation in the most unlikely souls. Many who had drifted far from Jewish observance have returned to their roots after a single encounter with him.
This portrait captures the Yanuka's bright eyes, gentle smile, and the unmistakable light of a tzaddik who carries ancient wisdom into the modern world.
